The Fitwell Assistant can also answer general health questions, guide you through the Patient Portal, and help you navigate the various services offered by FitwellHub. Its goal is to make managing your health as convenient and efficient as possible, ensuring you stay on track with your healthcare goals.

Healthy Meal Recommendation & Delivery

Healthy Meal Recommendation & Delivery is a service that offers customized meal plans based on your health profile, dietary preferences, and nutritional needs. For example, if you have high cholesterol, the service might recommend meals that are low in saturated fats and rich in omega-3 fatty acids. Once you select a meal plan, you can have these nutritious meals prepared and delivered to your doorstep, eliminating the hassle of meal planning and cooking. This service is designed to support your overall health by ensuring that you have easy access to balanced, delicious meals that align with your dietary goals.

Healthy Ingredients Recommendation & Delivery

This service provides personalised management recommendations for healthy ingredients that align with your dietary goals and health needs. You can order these ingredients directly through the FitwellHub plaƞ orm, and they will be delivered to your home. Once you choose the supplements, they can be delivered directly to your locaƟolocationn, ensuring that you have convenient access to the nutrients, your body needs to stay healthy.

Order Medicine

The Order Medicine feature allows you to conveniently refill your prescriptions or purchase over-the-counter medications online. You can upload your prescription through the Patient Portal, and FitwellHub will coordinate with its pharmacy network to fulfil your order. Your medications can be delivered to your home, or you can opt for in-store pickup at a nearby pharmacy. This service simplifies the process of obtaining your medications, ensuring that you never run out of essential drugs

Order Lab Test

With the Order Lab Test service, you can easily request lab tests recommended by your healthcare provider or based on your health needs. This service covers a wide range of tests, from routine blood work to specialized diagnostics. You can choose to have a technician collect your samples at home, or you can visit a partner lab at your convenience. Once the tests are completed, the results are securely uploaded to your Patient Portal, where you and your healthcare provider can review them and discuss any necessary next steps.

Booking Service

The Booking Service is an integrated feature that allows you to schedule appointments with healthcare providers, whether it’s for a general check-up, specialist consultation, or diagnostics test. You can browse available time slots, select a convenient date, and confirm your appointment all through the FitwellHub platform. This service ensures that you have easy access to the medical care you need, without the frustration of long wait times or scheduling conflicts.

Availability of Healthcare Resources

This feature provides real-time updates on the availability of healthcare resources within the FitwellHub network, including doctors, specialists, diagnostic facilities, and treatment options. Whether you need to find an available doctor for an urgent consultation or check the nearest lab for a specific test, this feature helps you quickly locate the resources you need. It ensures that you receive prompt care by guiding you to the most accessible and available healthcare services.

FitwellHub Features’ Description

Patient Portal

The Patient Portal is a secure, user-friendly online platform designed to give you 24/7 access to your personal health information. Through the portal, you can view and manage a wide array of health-related details, including your medical history, test results, medication lists, immunization records, and upcoming appointments. The portal also allows you to directly communicate with your healthcare providers, request prescription refills, and access educational resources tailored to your specific health conditions. By centralizing all your health information in one place, the Patient Portal empowers you to take an active role in managing your health.

Access to HUB & Spoke

The HUB & Spoke model is an innovative healthcare delivery system that connects you with a broad network of medical services. In this model, the “Hub” is a central facility, catering for all your healthcare needs, while the “Spokes” are smaller satellite clinics that provide primary and preventive care closer to your location. This system ensures that you have continuous access to medical care, whether you need routine check-ups, specialist consultations, or advanced treatments. If your primary care provider at a clinic identifies a need for more specialized care, they can easily refer you to the Hub, where you can receive coordinated and streamlined care without the hassle of navigating multiple healthcare systems.

Electronic Health Record (EHR)

An Electronic Health Record (EHR) is a digital compilation of your complete medical history, maintained securely by FitwellHub. It includes a wide range of information such as past and current medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, immunization records, allergies, lab test results, radiology images, and even lifestyle details. EHRs are accessible to you and authorized healthcare providers across the FitwellHub network, ensuring that every professional involved in your care has the most up-to-date and accurate information. Vitals Tracking

Vitals Tracking is a feature that enables the continuous monitoring and recording of your essential health metrics, such as blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, respiratory rate, and oxygen saturation. This feature can be integrated with home health devices or

Manually updated through the Patient Portal. Regular tracking of these vitals allows you and your healthcare provider to detect any abnormalities early on, helping in the timely management of potential health issues. For patients with chronic conditions like hypertension or diabetes, consistent monitoring of vitals is crucial for effective disease management and prevention of complications.

Patient Medical Profiling

Patient Medical Profiling involves creating a comprehensive, personalized profile that details your medical history, genetic predispositions, lifestyle habits, and treatment preferences. This profile serves as a foundation for individualized care, enabling your healthcare providers to tailor their recommendations and treatment plans specifically to your needs. For instance, if you have a family history of heart disease, your profile would reflect this, prompting your providers to focus on preventive measures. Overall Health Dashboard

The Overall Health Dashboard is an interactive, visual summary of your current health status. The dashboard is designed to be intuitive, allowing you to quickly understand your health trends, identify areas that need attention, and track the effectiveness of ongoing treatments. This feature supports better health management by giving you and your healthcare providers a clear, comprehensive overview of your health at any given time.

The Trends of Health Condition feature analyzes your health data over time to identify patterns and trends in your well-being. For example, if your blood pressure has been gradually increasing over the past few months, this trend will be highlighted, prompting you or your healthcare provider to take preventive action. Similarly, positive trends, such as improved cholesterol levels following dietary changes, can be recognized and reinforced. This feature is especially useful for managing chronic conditions, where understanding long-term trends is key to effective treatment and prevention of complications.

FitwellHub Features’ Description

To ensure that our telemedicine services are accessible to all subscribers and maintain a high level of care, Fitwell HUB has established a Fair Use Policy for our unlimited GP consultation plans. This policy is designed to prevent abuse or overuse of the service, while ensuring that every subscriber receives the healthcare support they need.

Fair Use Guidelines

Reasonable Usage

Our unlimited GP consultation service is intended for individual, personal use. Subscribers may access the service as needed for routine, follow-up, and urgent medical consultations. However, excessive usage that exceeds normal patterns of healthcare consultation may be flagged for review.

Consultation Limits

While consultations are unlimited, Fitwell HUB may monitor excessive usage patterns. As a guideline, consultations exceeding 8 sessions per month per subscriber will be flagged for review to assess if the service is being misused.

Medical Necessity

3.Fitwell HUB reserves the right to review cases where multiple consultations for the same medical condition are sought without clear medical necessity. This is to ensure the service is used in a responsible manner and to maintain high-quality care for all.

Family and Group Consultations

4.The unlimited GP consultation is for the individual subscriber's use only. Sharing login credentials or booking consultations for others (friends, family, etc.) is prohibited under this plan.

Misuse Consequences

In cases where misuse is identified, Fitwell HUB reserves the right to limit the number of consultations or temporarily suspend the unlimited GP service for the subscriber. Repeated violations may result in termination of the subscription plan.

Monitoring & Communication

6.Fitwell HUB will monitor service usage patterns to ensure compliance with this Fair Use Policy. If a subscriber is approaching the limits of reasonable use, Fitwell HUB will notify them and discuss options, such as offering alternative care solutions.

Single Chief Complaint Per Session

Each GP consultation session is meant to address a single primary medical complaint or issue. Subscribers with multiple or unrelated health concerns should schedule separate sessions for each issue to ensure thorough and focused medical attention.

FitwellHub Terms and Conditions for Primary Care Plans

These Terms and Conditions apply to all members subscribing to FitwellHub's Primary. Care Plans. By enrolling, you agree to the following terms, which are designed to ensure the efficient, affordable, and fair operation of FitwellHub's hybrid healthcare ecosystem.

FitwellHub provides primary healthcare services focusing on basic and preventive care. These services are delivered through our hybrid healthcare model, which includes virtual consultations, in-person care, and health monitoring services. Emergency care, secondary care, and tertiary care are explicitly excluded from these plans.

Your specific plan will indicate the services covered, marked by a checkmark (✓) for included services and a cross (X) for excluded services.

FitwellHub plans generally do not cover the cost of medications, lab tests, or imaging services unless specifically mentioned in your plan. Some basic medications and essential tests may be provided during consultations if deemed medically necessary and subject to availability.

FitwellHub‘s unlimited services are subject to a Fair Use Policy to maintain equitable access for all members. Unreasonable use, such as excessive consultation requests or disproportionate utilisation of services without valid medical justification, may lead to service limitations.

FitwellHub reserves the right to monitor usage patterns and may limit or restrict services after careful review. Any restrictions will be communicated clearly to the member, providing an opportunity for review.

Each consultation is limited to addressing one chief complaint per session. This ensures focused, effective care and system efficiency. If you have multiple health concerns, separate appointments must be booked for each.

Follow-up consultations with the same GP are subject to availability and not guaranteed unless explicitly included in your plan.

FitwellHub will maintain medical records for all interactions within its ecosystem. However, continuity of care can only be guaranteed if members use FitwellHub-approved providers for all medications, tests, and imaging. Services obtained outside the FitwellHub network may lead to incomplete records, which could affect the quality of care.

For the best continuity of care and accurate medical tracking, members are required to obtain all prescribed medications, tests, and imaging services through FitwellHub-approved providers. If you choose non-approved providers, FitwellHub cannot ensure the accuracy of your health data or ongoing care.

To maintain affordable services for all, FitwellHub reserves the right to restrict, limit, or suspend services if a member’s usage exceeds what is deemed medically necessary or fair. This includes overuse of consultations, tests, or medications without valid medical reasons. Any actions taken will follow an objective review of usage patterns and will be communicated to the member.

Doctors will be allocated based on:

  • The member’s healthcare needs. Availability within the FitwellHub network.
  • Budgetary and specialist requirements of your plan. Geographical proximity or virtual availability.
  • While FitwellHub strives to meet member preferences, specific doctors cannot be guaranteed.

FitwellHub reserves the right to update or modify plan features, pricing, and terms. Significant changes will be communicated in advance.

Downgrades: Members can downgrade their plan at any time, but services under the previous plan will no longer be accessible.

Upgrades: Plan upgrades are available subject to waiting periods or other conditions specified in the new plan.

All plan fees are due upfront or according to the agreed payment schedule. Failure to pay may result in the suspension or termination of services until outstanding payments are resolved. FitwellHub reserves the right to periodically adjust pricing, with prior notice to members.

FitwellHub may terminate services for reasons including, but not limited to: Abuse or misuse of services, such as fraudulent claims or excessive use. Procurement of medications, tests, or imaging from non-approved providers. Violations of these Terms and Conditions compromise the healthcare ecosystem. Repeated breaches of the Fair Use Policy. Members will be notified of any pending termination and provided an opportunity to appeal or rectify the situation.

FitwellHub complies with all applicable data protection and privacy laws. By subscribing to FitwellHub, members consent to the collection and use of personal health information for healthcare delivery. Members may request access to or deletion of their personal data in accordance with FitwellHub’s Privacy Policy.

FitwellHub offers healthcare services on a best-effort basis and is not liable for:  Service disruptions due to system outages or other unforeseen factors.

  • Delays in accessing healthcare professionals based on availability.
  • Outcomes resulting from the member’s failure to follow medical advice or procure services outside FitwellHub’s ecosystem.
  • Gaps in care due to incomplete or inaccurate health records stemming from actions outside FitwellHub’s platform.

Members are expected to:

  • Provide accurate and complete health information.
  • Adhere to FitwellHub’s service guidelines, including the Fair Use Policy. Obtain medications, tests, and imaging from FitwellHub-approved providers. Notify FitwellHub of any misuse of services or discrepancies in their healthcare experience.

Any disputes between members and FitwellHub will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Pakistani law. Arbitration will be conducted in English, and the location will be within Pakistan.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes arising from these terms will fall under the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
