Salary: PKR 40,000 per month

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role offers flexibility in work arrangements, including full-time, part-time, and temporary positions. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical duties including but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and scan documents.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Provide administrative support to the team as needed.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of professional experience in an administrative role or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
