Job Description:

We are excited to announce an opportunity for an Endocrinology Specialist to join our dynamic healthcare team. This position is ideal for experienced endocrinologists looking to advance their careers in a supportive and innovative environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat a variety of endocrine and metabolic disorders, including but not limited to diabetes, thyroid disease, adrenal disorders, osteoporosis, and hormonal imbalances.
• Conduct patient consultations both in-person and via telemedicine, ensuring thorough and accurate endocrine assessments.
• Prescribe appropriate treatments, including medications, hormone therapies, and lifestyle interventions.
• Monitor patients’ responses to treatments, adjusting plans as necessary to optimize health outcomes.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary medical team to provide integrated care for patients with complex health needs.
• Participate in case discussions, peer consultations, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the hospital and clinic.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient records using our Health Management Information System (HMIS).
• Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to the growth of endocrinology services at Fitwell Hub.

Qualifications:

• MBBS with specialization in Endocrinology (FCPS, FRCS, or equivalent certification in Endocrinology).
  Valid PMDC/PMC registration.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a practicing Endocrinologist, with expertise in managing both common and complex endocrine cases.
• Proficiency in telemedicine or willingness to adapt to telemedicine consultations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.

Key Skills:

• Expertise in managing various endocrine and metabolic conditions, including diabetes management, thyroid disorders, and hormonal imbalances.
• Strong understanding of hormone replacement therapies and metabolic disease management.
• High attention to detail and diagnostic accuracy.
• Compassionate patient care approach with an emphasis on clear communication.
• Adaptability to telemedicine and remote patient care models.
