Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Extension Manager to join our team. This role offers flexibility in work arrangements, including full-time, part-time, and temporary positions. The Extension Manager will be responsible for overseeing the expansion and development of Fitwell Hub’s services and facilities, ensuring the successful implementation of new initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for expanding Fitwell Hub’s services and facilities.
• Manage and oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of extension projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor and report on the progress of extension projects, addressing any issues or challenges that arise.
• Conduct feasibility studies and market analysis to identify potential areas for expansion.
• Develop and manage budgets for extension projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards throughout the extension process.
• Prepare and present reports on extension activities and outcomes to senior management.
• Foster strong relationships with community stakeholders, government agencies, and partners to support extension efforts.

Requirements:

• 5 years of professional experience in project management, operations management, or a related field, with a focus on expansion or development.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and executing extension or expansion projects.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and standards is a plus.
• Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in project management or healthcare management are a plus.
