Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient IT Support Staff member to join our team. This role offers flexibility in work arrangements, including full-time, part-time, and temporary positions. The IT Support Staff will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and networks.
• Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, or in-person.
• Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance of IT systems.
• Assist in the setup and configuration of new equipment and software.
• Monitor and manage IT assets and inventory.
• Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and improve existing systems.
• Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of professional experience in IT support or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with various operating systems.
• Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
