Job Description: We are excited to offer an opportunity for skilled and dedicated Physiotherapists to join Fitwell Hub on a revenue-sharing model. This role is ideal for physiotherapists seeking a flexible work arrangement, allowing them to visit patients as per Fitwell Hub’s requirements while leveraging our healthcare ecosystem for professional growth. You will play a crucial role in diagnosing, treating, and rehabilitating patients, ensuring optimal recovery and improved quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-demand physiotherapy sessions at patients’ homes or designated Fitwell Hub facilities.
• Provide tele-rehabilitation consultations and guide patients in virtual therapy sessions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient conditions and goals.
• Assess and treat musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-operative rehabilitation cases.
• Utilize modern physiotherapy techniques, including manual therapy, electrotherapy, and therapeutic exercises.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, posture correction, and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate patient records and progress reports through Fitwell Hub’s Health Management Information System (HMIS).
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (DPT, MPhil, or equivalent).
• Valid certification from the relevant physiotherapy council.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in clinical or home-based physiotherapy (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills in physiotherapy practices.
• Ability to conduct tele-rehabilitation sessions using digital tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to work on an on-demand basis.

Key Skills:

• Expertise in musculoskeletal, neurological, and sports physiotherapy.
• Hands-on experience in manual therapy and rehabilitation techniques.
• Knowledge of tele-rehabilitation practices and virtual consultation methods.
• Strong patient education and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
