Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat a variety of cosmetic and reconstructive conditions, including burns, trauma, congenital deformities, and elective cosmetic enhancements.
- Conduct patient consultations, both in person and via telemedicine, providing tailored recommendations and setting realistic expectations.
- Perform plastic surgery procedures, such as rhinoplasty, breast reconstruction, liposuction, scar revision, and skin grafting, based on individual patient needs and assessments.
- Provide postoperative care instructions, medications, and follow-up to support recovery and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including dermatologists, general surgeons, and other medical professionals, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in case discussions, peer consultations, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the hospital and clinic.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using our Health Management Information System (HMIS).
- Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to the growth of plastic surgery services at Fitwell Hub.

- Expertise in various plastic surgery techniques, including reconstructive and aesthetic procedures.
- Surgical proficiency in procedures like rhinoplasty, breast reconstruction, liposuction, and scar revision.
- High attention to detail, precision, and aesthetic sense.
- Compassionate patient care approach, emphasizing clear communication and empathy.
- Flexibility in adapting to telemedicine and remote patient care models.
