Job Description:
Fitwell Hub is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales operations in different cities of Pakistan. The ideal candidate will oversee sales growth, build and maintain strategic relationships with insurance providers, and ensure the achievement of key performance objectives in alignment with the company’s goals. This position follows a hybrid working model combining on-site physical presence and flexible work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for the region.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales professionals to optimize performance and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and adapt strategies.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and insurance providers to support business development and partnership goals.
  • Insurance Relations:
    • Establish and strengthen partnerships with insurance companies to expand service offerings and benefits for clients.
    • Negotiate terms and agreements with insurance providers to enhance service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain updated records of insurance partnerships.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze sales and insurance performance data to provide actionable insights and reports to senior management.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage the regional sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize revenue.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work with marketing, product development, operations, and insurance teams to support sales initiatives and improve service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales and insurance management experience, preferably in the healthcare or services industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and people management skills.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven decision-making.
  • Other Requirements:
    • In-depth understanding of the market and insurance sector.
    • Flexibility to travel extensively within the region.

Salary Package:

  • Base Salary: Competitive salary starting at PKR 120,000 per month (negotiable based on experience).
  • Incentive Structure: Attractive performance-based incentives tied to sales targets, team achievements, and insurance agreements.

Working Model:
