Join Our Sales Team at Fitwell Hub Pvt Ltd

Fitwell Hub Pvt Ltd is pioneering healthcare innovation in Pakistan through our hybrid clinics that integrate physical and telemedicine services. We are launching a variety of new products and services to enhance our community’s well-being, including:

• Outpatient Department (OPD) and Inpatient Department (IPD) Services
• Membership Card Programs
• Doctor on Call Services
• Corporate Care
• Community Care
• Campus Care
• Travel Care
• Opinion and Second Opinion Services
• Telephone Helpline

In addition, we are introducing our franchise model, which includes ASK, ASAP, and She Cares programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company goals and revenue targets across all product lines.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring they meet individual and team sales objectives.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Franchise Expansion: Oversee the expansion of the ASK, ASAP, and She Cares franchise models, driving sales growth and franchisee success.
• Sales Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
• Budget Management: Manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

Requirements:

• 5 years of professional experience in project management, operations management, or a related field, with a focus on expansion or development.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and executing extension or expansion projects.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and standards is a plus.
• Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in project management or healthcare management are a plus.
