Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, manage, and treat a variety of sports-related injuries, including joint injuries, muscle strains, ligament tears, and overuse injuries.
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations for athletes and active individuals, both physically and via telemedicine, creating personalized treatment and rehabilitation plans.
- Provide guidance on injury prevention, physical conditioning, and rehabilitation strategies tailored to each patient’s needs and athletic goals.
- Collaborate closely with physical therapists, orthopedic specialists, and other members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in case discussions, peer consultations, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the clinic and hospital.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using our Health Management Information System (HMIS).
- Stay current on advancements in sports medicine, rehabilitation techniques, and performance optimization to enhance services at Fitwell Hub.

- Flexibility in adapting to telemedicine and remote patient care models.
