Job Overview:
Fitwell Hub is looking for experienced and dynamic Telepharmacy Managers to lead and manage our growing telepharmacy operations across multiple locations. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in pharmacy services, digital health, and remote patient counseling.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage daily telepharmacy operations, ensuring high-quality virtual pharmacy services.
✔ Oversee remote medication dispensing, patient counseling, and prescription verification.
✔ Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (DRAP, FDA, HIPAA, etc.).
✔ Collaborate with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare providers to improve patient care.
✔ Lead a team of pharmacists and train them in telepharmacy best practices.
✔ Monitor telepharmacy performance metrics and service efficiency.
✔ Handle patient inquiries and medication adherence programs.
✔ Implement AI-driven medication review and telehealth integration.
Requirements:
✔ PharmD / MPhil in Pharmacy (or equivalent qualification).
✔ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in pharmacy operations or telepharmacy.
✔ Strong understanding of medication therapy management (MTM) and digital health solutions.
✔ Excellent communication skills for virtual patient counseling.
✔ Familiarity with telemedicine platforms and pharmacy software.
✔ Ability to lead a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
