Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Training Coordinator to join our team. This role offers flexibility in work arrangements, including full-time, part-time, and temporary positions. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing training programs for our staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers.
- Develop, coordinate, and implement training programs and workshops.
- Create and manage training schedules, materials, and resources.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Monitor and track training attendance and performance.
- Coordinate with external training providers and facilitators.
- Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities.
- Stay updated with the latest training methods and best practices.
- Provide support and guidance to employees during training sessions.
Requirements:
- 5 years of professional experience in training coordination or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create and deliver engaging training content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS).
- Ability to assess training needs and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
