Job Description:

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Dermatology Specialist to join our dynamic healthcare team. This position is ideal for experienced dermatologists looking to advance their careers in a supportive and innovative environment. You will have the chance to make a significant impact on patient care while working alongside a team of dedicated healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat a range of dermatological conditions, including but not limited to acne, eczema, psoriasis, fungal infections, alopecia, and skin cancer.
• Conduct patient consultations in person and via telemedicine, ensuring detailed and accurate dermatological assessments.
• Perform dermatologic procedures, such as biopsies, excisions, laser treatments, and cosmetic dermatology procedures as needed.
• Prescribe appropriate treatments, including medications, topical therapies, and procedural interventions.
• Work closely with the multidisciplinary medical team to ensure holistic patient care.
• Participate in case discussions, and peer consultations, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the hospital and clinic.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient records using our Health Management Information System (HMIS).
• Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to the expansion of dermatology services at Fitwell Hub.

Qualifications:

• MBBS with specialization in Dermatology (FCPS, FRCS, or equivalent certification in Dermatology).
• Valid PMDC/PMC registration.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a practicing Dermatologist, including both medical and procedural cases.
• Proficiency in performing common dermatologic procedures.
• Experience in telemedicine or willingness to adapt to telemedicine consultations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.

Key Skills:

• Expertise in managing a wide range of skin, hair, and nail conditions, including chronic skin diseases, hair loss, nail disorders, and cosmetic concerns.
• Surgical and non-surgical proficiency in dermatologic techniques such as biopsies, excisions, and laser treatments.
• High attention to detail and strong diagnostic skills.
• Compassionate patient care approach with an emphasis on clear communication.
•  Adaptability to telemedicine and remote patient care models.
