Healthy Meal Recommendation & Delivery is a service that offers customized meal plans based on your health profile, dietary preferences, and nutritional needs. For example, if you have high cholesterol, the service might recommend meals that are low in saturated fats and rich in omega-3 fatty acids. Once you select a meal plan, you can have these nutritious meals prepared and delivered to your doorstep, eliminating the hassle of meal planning and cooking. This service is designed to support your overall health by ensuring that you have easy access to balanced, delicious meals that align with your dietary goals.

To ensure that our telemedicine services are accessible to all subscribers and maintain a high level of care, Fitwell HUB has established a Fair Use Policy for our unlimited GP consultation plans. This policy is designed to prevent abuse or overuse of the service while ensuring that every subscriber receives the healthcare support they need.
Our unlimited GP consultation service is intended for individual, personal use. Subscribers may access the service as needed for routine, follow-up, and urgent medical consultations. However, excessive usage that exceeds normal patterns of healthcare consultation may be flagged for review.
While consultations are unlimited, Fitwell HUB may monitor excessive usage patterns. As a guideline, consultations exceeding 8 sessions per month per subscriber will be flagged for review to assess if the service is being misused.
Fitwell HUB reserves the right to review cases where multiple consultations for the same medical condition are sought without clear medical necessity. This is to ensure the service is used in a responsible manner and to maintain high-quality care for all.
The unlimited GP consultation is for the individual subscriber's use only. Sharing login credentials or booking consultations for others (friends, family, etc.) is prohibited under this plan.
In cases where misuse is identified, Fitwell HUB reserves the right to limit the number of consultations or temporarily suspend the unlimited GP service for the subscriber. Repeated violations may result in termination of the subscription plan.
Fitwell HUB will monitor service usage patterns to ensure compliance with this Fair Use Policy. If a subscriber is approaching the limits of reasonable use, Fitwell HUB will notify them and discuss options, such as offering alternative care solutions.
Each GP consultation session is meant to address a single primary medical complaint or issue. Subscribers with multiple or unrelated health concerns should schedule separate sessions for each issue to ensure thorough and focused medical attention.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all members subscribing to FitwellHub's Primary Care Plans. By enrolling, you agree to the following terms, which are designed to ensure the efficient, affordable, and fair operation of FitwellHub's hybrid healthcare ecosystem.
FitwellHub provides primary healthcare services focusing on basic and preventive care. These services are delivered through our hybrid healthcare model, which includes virtual consultations, in-person care, and health monitoring services. Emergency care, secondary care, and tertiary care are explicitly excluded from these plans.
Your specific plan will indicate the services covered, marked by a checkmark (✓) for included services and a cross (X) for excluded services.
FitwellHub plans generally do not cover the cost of medications, lab tests, or imaging services unless specifically mentioned in your plan. Some basic medications and essential tests may be provided during consultations if deemed medically necessary and subject to availability.
FitwellHub‘s unlimited services are subject to a Fair Use Policy to maintain equitable access for all members. Unreasonable use, such as excessive consultation requests or disproportionate utilization of services without valid medical justification, may lead to service limitations.
FitwellHub reserves the right to monitor usage patterns and may limit or restrict services after careful review. Any restrictions will be communicated clearly to the member, providing an opportunity for review.
Each consultation is limited to addressing one chief complaint per session. This ensures focused, effective care and system efficiency. If you have multiple health concerns, separate appointments must be booked for each.
Follow-up consultations with the same GP are subject to availability and not guaranteed unless explicitly included in your plan.
FitwellHub will maintain medical records for all interactions within its ecosystem.
However, continuity of care can only be guaranteed if members use FitwellHub-approved providers for all medications, tests, and imaging. Services obtained outside the FitwellHub network may lead to incomplete records, which could affect the quality of care.
For the best continuity of care and accurate medical tracking, members are required to obtain all prescribed medications, tests, and imaging services through FitwellHub- approved providers. If you choose non-approved providers, FitwellHub cannot ensure the accuracy of your health data or ongoing care.
To maintain affordable services for all, FitwellHub reserves the right to restrict, limit, or suspend services if a member’s usage exceeds what is deemed medically necessary or fair. This includes overuse of consultations, tests, or medications without valid medical reasons. Any actions taken will follow an objective review of usage patterns and will be communicated to the member.

Downgrades: Members can downgrade their plan at any time, but services under the previous plan will no longer be accessible.
Upgrades: Plan upgrades are available subject to waiting periods or other conditions specified in the new plan.
All plan fees are due upfront or according to the agreed payment schedule. Failure to pay may result in the suspension or termination of services until outstanding payments are resolved. FitwellHub reserves the right to periodically adjust pricing, with prior notice to members.
FitwellHub may terminate services for reasons including, but not limited to:
Abuse or misuse of services, such as fraudulent claims or excessive use.
Procurement of medications, tests, or imaging from non-approved providers.
Violations of these Terms and Conditions that compromise the healthcare ecosystem.
Repeated breaches of the Fair Use Policy.
Members will be notified of any pending termination and provided an opportunity to appeal or rectify the situation.
FitwellHub complies with all applicable data protection and privacy laws. By subscribing to FitwellHub, members consent to the collection and use of personal health information for healthcare delivery. Members may request access to or deletion of their personal data in accordance with FitwellHub’s Privacy Policy.
