Overview:
Fitwell Hub Pvt Ltd is offering an exciting internship opportunity for young talent to join our Call Center as a Business Development Officer. In this role, interns will work as medical assistants and be involved in key business development activities, including managing appointment scheduling, collecting patient histories, handling chief complaints, processing pharmacy orders, and addressing call center queries. Additionally, interns will assist in onboarding new hospitals, clinics, doctors, and labs into our network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently coordinate and manage patient appointments, ensuring seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers.
- Patient History Collection: Accurately collect and document patient medical histories while maintaining confidentiality.
- Chief Complaint Management: Record and manage patients’ chief complaints, preparing them for further evaluation by healthcare professionals.
- Pharmacy Order Processing: Handle the processing of prescriptions and orders with pharmacy partners, ensuring timely delivery of medications.
- Call Center Queries: Respond to and resolve patient inquiries, delivering high-quality customer service.
- Onboarding Coordination: Support the onboarding process for new hospitals, clinics, doctors, and labs, integrating them into our system effectively.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, appointment schedules, and onboarding processes.
- Business Development: Contribute to identifying opportunities for expanding Fitwell Hub’s services and network partnerships.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (BSc, BS, or equivalent) in any field.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with basic computer software, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn healthcare-specific systems quickly.
- Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Customer Service Orientation: A positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent service to patients and partners.
- Language: Proficiency in English and Urdu.

Probation Period:
