Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Feedback Analyst to join our team. This role offers flexibility in work arrangements, including full-time, part-time, and temporary positions. The Feedback Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting feedback from clients and patients to help improve Fitwell Hub’s services and overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and review feedback from various sources, including surveys, social media, and direct client interactions.
• Analyze feedback data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on feedback findings, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address feedback-related issues and implement improvement strategies.
• Monitor and track the effectiveness of changes made based on feedback.
• Develop and maintain feedback collection tools and processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of feedback data to relevant stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry best practices in feedback analysis and customer experience management.

Requirements:

• 1 – 2 years of professional experience in feedback analysis, data analysis, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Degree in Business Administration, Data Analysis, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications or additional training in data analysis or feedback management are a plus.
