Home Rehabilitation
For patients recovering from surgery or managing chronic conditions, we provide rehabilitation services tailored to their specific needs at home.
Telemedicine Services
FitwellHub will provide 24/7 telemedicine support via our platform, connecting patients with healthcare professionals for consultations and follow-ups.
How the Service Operates:
• Patient Requests: Patients can request services through the FitwellHub mobile app, website, or call center.
• Service Allocation: Based on the patient’s needs and location, services will be allocated to the nearest available provider in our network.
• Mode of Transport: Delivery and home service will be executed using your existing transport resources, such as motorcycles, cars, or vans, to ensure prompt service.
• Service Execution: Your team will perform the requested services at the patient’s home, adhering to our strict quality and safety protocols.
• Telemedicine Support: FitwellHub will handle all telemedicine consultations and follow-ups through our secure platform, ensuring continuous patient care.
