Before Activation: If a customer cancels their subscription before activation, a full refund will be issued.
After Activation: Once a subscription is activated and services have been utilized (including telemedicine consultations, lab tests, or any healthcare benefits), refunds will not be issued.
Technical Issues: If a technical issue prevents access to subscribed services and remains unresolved, a prorated refund may be considered upon request.
Customers may request an upgrade or modification to their existing plan, but no refunds will be given for downgrades or unused portions of a subscription.
