Refund Policy

At Fitwell HUB, we strive to provide the best healthcare subscription services for individuals and families. We value customer satisfaction and have outlined our refund policy below for transparency.

 

1. Subscription Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

Before Activation: If a customer cancels their subscription before activation, a full refund will be issued.
After Activation: Once a subscription is activated and services have been utilized (including telemedicine consultations, lab tests, or any healthcare benefits), refunds will not be issued.
Technical Issues: If a technical issue prevents access to subscribed services and remains unresolved, a prorated refund may be considered upon request.

 

2. Refund Request Process
  • Customers must submit a refund request via email at [support@fitwellhub.pk] within 7 days of purchase.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days after approval.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the subscription purchase.

 

3. Non-refundable Cases
  • Partially used subscriptions.
  • Change of mind after activation.Failure to utilize available services during the subscription period.

 

4. Modifications to Subscription Plans

Customers may request an upgrade or modification to their existing plan, but no refunds will be given for downgrades or unused portions of a subscription.
