Job Overview:

Fitwell Hub is Pakistan’s first hybrid healthcare ecosystem, combining digital innovation, physical clinics, mobile care units, and telehealth to provide primary and preventive care across Pakistan and abroad. We also promote financial inclusion in healthcare through services like HealthPay, our healthcare-linked fintech platform.

As part of our mission to expand affordable access to care, we’ve partnered with Bank Alfalah to introduce the HealthPay Raast  & Visa Card, linking digital payments with healthcare benefits.

What is the HealthPay Raast Card?

The HealthPay Raast Card is a prepaid Raast & Visa card that allows users to:

  • Access discounted healthcare services across Fitwell Hub’s partner clinics, labs, and hospitals.

  • Store and manage health-related payments with full transparency.

  • Receive exclusive membership offers and financial wellness benefits.

About the Role:

We are seeking 20 highly motivated Business Development Officers (BDOs) to be deployed at SNSC locations where they will work alongside Bank Alfalah staff. Your primary role will be to guide the public, promote Fitwell Hub’s membership and healthcare services, and issue the HealthPay Raast Card.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent Fitwell Hub at the designated SNSC site.

  • Educate walk-in visitors about the HealthPay Raast  & Visa Card and Fitwell Membership Plans.

  • Register and onboard new members using our digital platform.

  • Issue and activate prepaid cards in collaboration with Bank Alfalah team.

  • Promote Fitwell Hub’s hybrid healthcare ecosystem and wellness offerings.

  • Maintain logs of issued cards, queries, and feedback for daily reporting.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Finance preferred).

  • 1–2 years of experience in business development, customer service, or sales.

  • Strong communication and public dealing skills.

  • Familiarity with digital tools, tablets, and mobile apps.

  • Banking, fintech, or health-tech experience is a plus.

  • Presentable and professional behaviour is essential.

Fitwell Membership Guide:

As a BDO, you’ll help people sign up for our Fitwell Membership Plans, which include:

  • Digital Health Cards for individuals and families

  • Access to subsidised consultations, lab tests, and medicines

  • Cashless transactions at partner health providers

  • Preventive health programs, nutrition advice, and mental wellness support

You’ll be trained to explain these features clearly to customers and help them choose the right plan according to their health and financial needs.
