Job Title: Fitwell & HealthPay Discounted Location Onboarding Executive
Location: Multan, Lahore, Islamabad,Rawalpindi,Faisalabad,Karachi,Sialkot
Job Type: Full-Time, Field-Based (Travel within assigned city/sector)
Reports To: City Manager / Regional BDO
About Us:
Fitwell Hub is transforming healthcare and retail services through our hybrid platform, combining physical clinics, telemedicine, connected pharmacies, and HealthPay financial solutions. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team and help onboard outlets across cities onto the Fitwell & HealthPay discount platform.
Job Purpose:
The Onboarding Executive will be responsible for identifying, visiting, and onboarding retail, healthcare, and service outlets, ensuring proper documentation, system entry, and successful go-live on the Fitwell & HealthPay platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential partner outlets (Pharmacy, Lab, Hospital, Retail, Restaurant, Diagnostic centers, etc.).
Collect and verify all required business and owner information as per the onboarding format.
Schedule and conduct onboarding visits (physical/virtual) and explain platform benefits.
Collect agreements and documents; coordinate approvals with Bank Alfalah if needed.
Ensure proper system entry, QR/POS/discount code issuance, and successful go-live.
Share marketing materials and conduct staff training at partner outlets.
Maintain accurate records of discounts, services covered, exclusions, and agreement types.
Track onboarding progress, follow-ups, and escalate issues to the manager.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Healthcare-related field).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in sales, business development, or field operations is a plus.
Familiarity with MS Excel/Google Sheets for tracking.
Ability to travel within assigned city/sector.
Salary & Benefits:
Fixed Salary:
Junior Executive: PKR 40,000 – 50,000/month
Executive / Experienced: PKR 50,000 – 65,000/month
Commission / Incentives:
PKR 200 – 400 per outlet successfully onboarded and go-live completed.
Additional PKR 100 – 200 for premium/strategic outlets.
Quarterly bonus for achieving 50+ outlets: PKR 10,000 – 20,000.
Target overachievement incentive: 3% additional commission on all outlets beyond target.
