Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and experienced Branding Specialist to join our marketing team. This role offers flexibility in work arrangements, including full-time, part-time, and temporary positions. The Branding Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing branding strategies that enhance Fitwell Hub’s brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement branding strategies to enhance the company’s identity and visibility.
• Create and manage branding materials, including logos, taglines, and promotional content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Conduct market research to identify branding opportunities and trends.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure adherence across the organization.
• Monitor and analyze brand performance and make recommendations for improvements.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for branding and promotional activities.
• Stay updated with the latest branding trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of professional experience in branding or a related field.
• Strong understanding of branding principles and strategies.
• Excellent creative and design skills.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
