As we scale our operations, we are seeking a driven and proactive Business Development Officer to support and expand our client base and partnerships in the healthcare sector.

Job Description:

We are hiring Business Development Officers who will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building client relationships, and enhancing market presence. The ideal candidates are confident, persuasive, and result-oriented, with a passion for contributing to impactful healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients, labs, clinics, pharmacies, and hospitals for collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with healthcare professionals and partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
  • Generate leads and follow up on sales inquiries through calls, emails, and visits.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and partnership targets.
  • Assist in onboarding partners and ensuring smooth integration with our platform.
  • Provide regular reports and feedback to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (BBA/MBA).
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably in health, tech, or service sectors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven negotiation and closing skills.
  • Basic understanding of digital platforms and technology-driven services.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
