Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Community Outreach Coordinator to join our team. This role offers flexibility in work arrangements, including full-time, part-time, and temporary positions. The Community Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for developing and managing community engagement programs to promote Fitwell Hub’s services and strengthen relationships within the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement community outreach programs and initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, local leaders, and stakeholders.
• Plan and coordinate community events, workshops, and informational sessions.
• Create and distribute outreach materials to raise awareness about Fitwell Hub’s services.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach programs and adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach efforts with organizational goals.
• Represent Fitwell Hub at community events and meetings.
• Gather feedback from the community and provide recommendations for service improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and community interactions.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of professional experience in community outreach, public relations, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse communities.
• Proven ability to develop and manage outreach programs and events.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with outreach software or CRM systems.
• Degree in Public Relations, Community Development, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications or additional training in community outreach are a plus.
