In partnership with Bank Alfalah, we are launching the HealthPay Raast & Visa Card, a powerful tool that connects health access with smart digital payments.

What is the HealthPay Raast Card?

The HealthPay Raast Card is a prepaid Raast & Visa card that enables users to:

  • Access discounted healthcare services across Fitwell Hub’s national partner network (clinics, labs, pharmacies, hospitals).

  • Make transparent, traceable health-related payments.

  • Receive exclusive membership offers and financial wellness tools.

About the Role:

We are hiring 20 Customer Relationship Officers (CROs) to be stationed at SNSC locations, where you will work in close coordination with Bank Alfalah staff. Your main responsibility is to provide an exceptional customer experience—guiding, onboarding, and supporting members as they register and receive their HealthPay Raast Card.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the frontline representative for Fitwell Hub at the assigned SNSC branch.

  • Greet and guide walk-in customers regarding HealthPay Raast & Visa Card features and Fitwell Membership Plans.

  • Facilitate customer onboarding, card registration, and digital form filling.

  • Assist in card issuance and activation processes alongside Bank Alfalah personnel.

  • Address customer queries, concerns, and post-registration follow-ups.

  • Keep accurate records of issued cards, customer feedback, and daily reporting metrics.

  • Actively promote Fitwell Hub’s digital health ecosystem and services.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, Finance, or Health Management).

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in customer service, sales, banking, or healthcare operations.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with digital tools, CRM systems, tablets, and mobile applications.

  • Must be well-groomed, presentable, and demonstrate professional conduct at all times.

  • Background in banking, fintech, or health-tech is an advantage.

Fitwell Membership Guide:

As a CRO, you will also introduce and assist customers with enrolling in Fitwell Membership Plans, which provide:

  • Digital Health Cards for individuals and families

  • Subsidised consultations, diagnostics, and medicine

  • Cashless services at our partner network

  • Access to preventive health programs, nutritional counselling, and wellness support

You will be equipped with training and digital tools to help customers select the right plan based on their individual needs.

You’ll be trained to explain these features clearly to customers and help them choose the right plan according to their health and financial needs.
