Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat a range of ENT conditions, including sinusitis, ear infections, hearing loss, sleep apnea, allergies, and voice disorders.
• Conduct patient consultations, both in person and via telemedicine, ensuring accurate and timely assessments.
• Perform ENT surgeries and procedures, such as tonsillectomies, septoplasties, sinus surgeries, and hearing loss interventions, as required.
• Prescribe appropriate treatments, including medications, therapies, and surgical interventions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary medical team to provide integrated patient care.
• Participate in case discussions, peer consultations, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the hospital and clinic.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using our Health Management Information System (HMIS).
• Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to the growth of ENT services at Fitwell Hub.

• Expertise in managing various ENT disorders, including ear infections, nasal conditions, throat issues, and hearing impairments.
• Surgical proficiency in ENT procedures, such as tonsillectomy, septoplasty, and sinus surgery.
• High attention to detail and excellent decision-making skills.
• Compassionate patient care approach with an emphasis on clear communication.
• Flexibility to adapt to telemedicine and remote patient care models.
