You will either be employed at one of our hubs or have the option to start your own business with our support and training. Job Description:
We are offering an exciting internship opportunity for General Practitioners (GPs) and young doctors looking to gain valuable experience in both the Pakistani and international healthcare markets as International Medical Graduates (IMGs). This program will equip you with the skills necessary to excel in digital health and telemedicine, and upon successful completion, you will be eligible for a permanent position within our smart clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide general medical consultations via telehealth platforms and physical appointments in Fitwell Hub’s smart clinics.
– Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions using a patient-centred approach.
– Manage both acute and chronic health issues by prescribing appropriate treatments.
– Collaborate with Fitwell Hub’s telemedicine team, ensuring seamless communication between patients and specialists.
– Participate in training programs focused on telemedicine, healthcare technology, and patient management systems.
– Engage in continuous learning and development to stay updated on medical advancements and telehealth innovations.
– Optionally, lead your own business using Fitwell Hub’s franchise model, receiving support in business operations, technology setup, and patient management.
Qualifications:
– MBBS or equivalent medical degree recognized in Pakistan, the USA, or Canada.
Active medical license
– Minimum 5-6 years of clinical experience preferred (new graduates will also be considered under mentorship programs).
– Basic knowledge of telemedicine systems and willingness to undergo additional training in telehealth technologies.
– Strong communication skills and ability to manage patients virtually and in person.
Willingness to work in a hybrid medical model (in-person and virtual).
