Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Specialist to join our team. This role offers flexibility in work arrangements, including full-time, part-time, and temporary positions. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and providing technical support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
• Ensure the security and integrity of the network and data.
• Provide technical support to staff, both in-person and remotely.
• Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance.
• Implement and manage data backup and recovery processes.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices.
• Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide solutions.

Requirements:

• 5 years of professional experience in IT support or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Experience with data backup and recovery processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
