Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to join our team. This role offers flexibility in work arrangements, including full-time, part-time, and temporary positions. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance Fitwell Hub’s brand presence and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans to achieve company goals.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities and threats.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including digital content, print ads, and promotional campaigns.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners and influencers.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure innovative marketing approaches.

Requirements:

• 5 years of professional experience in marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, content creation, and market research.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications or additional training in marketing are a plus.
