Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of neurological and spinal conditions, including brain tumors, spinal injuries, vascular disorders, and degenerative spine diseases.
- Conduct thorough consultations with patients in person and via telemedicine, providing comprehensive assessments and personalized treatment plans.
- Perform neurosurgical procedures such as craniotomy, spinal fusion, tumor resection, and minimally invasive spine surgeries.
- Prescribe postoperative care, medications, and rehabilitation plans to support recovery and improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including neurologists, radiologists, and other specialists, to deliver integrated care.
- Participate in case discussions, peer consultations, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the hospital and clinic.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient records using our Health Management Information System (HMIS).
- Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to the growth of neurosurgical services at Fitwell Hub.
