Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. This role offers flexibility in work arrangements, including full-time, part-time, and temporary positions. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of Fitwell Hub’s facilities and services to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily operations across multiple sites, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Oversee and manage facility operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to ensure targets are met.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of operational activities.
- Identify and address operational issues and challenges, implementing solutions to improve performance.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective services and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies.
- Prepare and present reports on operational performance and initiatives to senior management.
- Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
- 5 years of professional experience in operations management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing operational processes and teams.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with operations management software.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices is a plus.
- Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in operations management or healthcare management are a plus.
