Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. This role offers flexibility in work arrangements, including full-time, part-time, and temporary positions. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of Fitwell Hub’s facilities and services to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate daily operations across multiple sites, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
  • Oversee and manage facility operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to ensure targets are met.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of operational activities.
  • Identify and address operational issues and challenges, implementing solutions to improve performance.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective services and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies.
  • Prepare and present reports on operational performance and initiatives to senior management.
  • Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of professional experience in operations management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing operational processes and teams.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with operations management software.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices is a plus.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in operations management or healthcare management are a plus.
