Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat a range of musculoskeletal conditions, including fractures, joint dislocations, osteoarthritis, ligament injuries, and other orthopedic disorders.
• Conduct patient consultations, both in person and via telemedicine, ensuring timely and accurate assessment and treatment.
• Perform orthopedic surgeries and procedures as necessary, including fracture repair, joint reconstruction, and minimally invasive techniques.
• Prescribe appropriate treatments, including medications, physical therapy, and surgical interventions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary medical team to ensure integrated patient care.
  Participate in case discussions, peer consultations, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the clinic and hospital.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient records using our Health Management Information System (HMIS).
• Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to the growth of orthopedic services at Fitwell Hub.

• Expertise in diagnosing and managing various musculoskeletal disorders, including joint, bone, and soft tissue conditions.
• Surgical proficiency in orthopedic procedures, such as arthroscopy, fracture fixation, and joint replacement.
• High attention to detail and effective decision-making skills.
• Compassionate patient care approach with a focus on clear communication.
• Flexibility in adapting to telemedicine and remote patient care models.
