Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partnership Manager to join our team. This role offers flexibility in work arrangements, including full-time, part-time, and temporary positions. The Partnership Manager will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships to enhance Fitwell Hub’s services and reach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and manage the implementation of partnership initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of partnership strategies.
• Monitor and report on the performance of partnerships, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Act as a point of contact for partners, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
• Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to potential partners.
• Coordinate partnership events and activities.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of professional experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications or additional training in partnership management are a plus.
