Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of surgical conditions, including gastrointestinal, abdominal, and soft tissue disorders, as well as trauma and emergency cases.
- Conduct thorough patient consultations, both in-person and via telemedicine, providing accurate assessments and recommendations.
- Perform surgical procedures, such as appendectomy, hernia repair, cholecystectomy, and other general surgeries based on patient needs and clinical assessments.
- Prescribe appropriate postoperative care, including medications and rehabilitation plans to support recovery.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care and provide consultations to other departments.
- Participate in case discussions, and peer consultations, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the hospital and clinic.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient records using our Health Management Information System (HMIS).
- Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to the growth of general surgery services at Fitwell Hub.

- Flexibility in adapting to telemedicine and remote patient care models.
