Salary: PKR 60,000 per month

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team for an initial phase of 3-6 months. This role offers flexibility in work arrangements, including full-time, part-time, and temporary positions. The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing the procurement of supplies and services necessary for the operation of our clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiating contracts and prices.
  • Manage and track procurement activities and budgets.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Resolve any issues related to procurement in a timely manner.
  • Prepare reports on procurement activities and present to management.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of professional experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry procurement is a plus.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
