Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee the initial setup phase of our clinics across multiple locations. This role will be full-time during the setup phase, transitioning to part-time once the clinics are established. The Project Manager will ensure the successful execution of our expansion plans, coordinating with various teams and stakeholders to meet project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the setup of new clinics across multiple cities.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
• Communicate project status to senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and schedules.
• Facilitate the transition of clinics from the setup phase to operational status.
• Provide ongoing support and management as needed once clinics are established.

Requirements:

• 5 years of professional experience in project management, preferably in healthcare or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
