Position Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This role offers flexibility in work arrangements, including full-time, part-time, and temporary positions. The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that Fitwell Hub’s services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of services, processes, and documentation to identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and evaluate service performance and quality metrics, providing recommendations for enhancements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on quality standards and best practices to staff members.
  • Prepare and present reports on quality assurance activities and performance to senior management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to quality assurance.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities and findings.
  • Ensure that all operations adhere to established quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of professional experience in quality assurance, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Degree in Quality Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in quality assurance or healthcare quality management are a plus.
